Terms & Conditions -Effective Date: May 27, 2025

“Seller” refers to Croket Light Art GmbH. “Buyer” refers to any individual or entity placing an order. “Products” means any goods sold via this website.

Orders placed by the Buyer constitute an offer. The contract is formed only upon Seller’s order confirmation via email.

All prices are shown in Euros, including applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment methods accepted are credit card, PayPal, and direct bank transfer. Payment is due immediately upon order.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after payment receipt. Standard shipping within Germany takes 3–5 business days; EU shipping takes 5–10 business days.

Buyers have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing reasons. The withdrawal period begins on product receipt. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing. Upon valid withdrawal, the Seller will refund all payments within 14 days, provided the Products are returned in original condition.

The Seller warrants that Products conform to the agreed specifications at the time of delivery. Statutory warranty applies: 2 years for new goods, 1 year for used goods. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for injury to life, body, or health.

All content on this site—text, images, designs, logos—is the Seller’s intellectual property. Any use beyond personal viewing requires prior written consent.

These T&C and all contracts are governed by German law, excluding UN sales law. Exclusive venue for all disputes is the Seller’s registered office in Cologne, Germany.

Seller reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website with a new effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.
