  • Electrical Safety: Every lamp uses a 5 V USB-C input with CE-certified 2 A adapter.

  • One-Year Warranty: Free-of-charge repair or replacement for any manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not in love with your Cloud Lamp, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unmodified, and returned in original packaging.

  • Process: Contact support@croketlight.art for a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Installation & Maintenance

  • Mounting Kits: Corner and panel models include paper templates, hooks, screws, and installation instructions—no electrician required.

Environmental & End-of-Life
