Corner and panel models ship with a paper template, mounting hooks, screws, and step-by-step instructions. Simply align the template, drill pilot holes, then hang each section for a secure, professional installation—no electrician needed.

The cloud exterior is made of dust-resistant synthetic wool over an EPS foam core. To clean, gently vacuum on the lowest setting with a soft-brush attachment or use a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid liquids and harsh cleaners to preserve the lamp’s delicate texture.

Yes—every Cloud Lamp is crafted from non-flammable fibers and fully self-certified for CE conformity under the Low Voltage Directive (2014/35/EU), the General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), the RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU), the EMC Directive (2014/30/EU), and carries a WEEE take-back obligation for end-of-life recycling.
